One of the most fun bars I’ve been to in a long time! First floor is open table seating and serves food. We did not eat while we were there though. Music was fantastic, drinks were appropriately priced and had a good spirit to mixer ratio. I recommend this bar to anyone who wants to go out for a night and wants a non-discriminating place to experience. 10/10
Friendly atmosphere and staff, great cold brew and games to play! Wish I lived nearby I’d totally come back. Thank you, for catering to the queers and making a place that feels like home
The springtime sangria tasted, absolutely amazing all the flavors went extremely well together would definitely get this again. Not a huge fan of the texture consistency of the black bean soup however, it’s literally just black bean soup.
One of the few well-protected safe spaces (mostly a queer bar) in Washington DC. Nic was my bartender: super kind, great drinks, and they handled large customer volume super efficiently. Great music, great drinks, great vibes. I wish more straight spaces were like this in 2025. Would come back. Cheers.
loved loved it here I wish I lived closer, I’ve honestly been looking for a place like this for a long time! perfect place to work from during the day. the coffee is delicious, plenty of seating, and the staff was kind. I ordered the apple and brie sandwich (not pictured- the other half I already scarfed down ) and it was everything. definitely felt the safe and welcoming vibes they stand by. Thank you for opening!!
Such an awesome spot. Great music, great service, solid happy hour & good bar food. We played monopoly deal and just vibed. Will definitely be back.
I am so freaking happy that they finally opened! And the food! Is. So. Good! Real simple menu but my gosh, the portions! The small bites are entrees and the sandwiches, didn't have one but they looked and smelled amazing. These nachos are by far the yummiest I've had in a while. A good solid place to grab a bite and a drink. I'll have to come back to try the bar as a bar though.
Gluten free bread is an option! So I got the tuna sandwich and it was So Good. Downstairs feels like a comfy dim coffeehouse vibe and upstairs transforms into whatever it needs to be. The day I went there were multiple panels for Lavender Con and later a drag show.

The menu does not disappoint either! While the drink selection shines with wonderful choices, dishes like the scrumptious apple and brie sandwich elevate the café experience. Customers rave about the springtime sangria, with its harmonious blend of flavors, inviting you to savor every sip. However, not every dish hits the mark; some have pointed out the straightforwardness of the black bean soup. Yet, even a dish that might not resonate as much still reflects the wholesome, honest approach to food here at as you are. DC.
